> Tom Goldstein is an organisational consultant, executive coach, and facilitator based in Chamonix, France, working globally. He works with senior leaders and organisations on the human side of performance and change — when capable direction isn't translating into results.

## About

Tom spent 15 years in the technology and telecoms industry in technical sales and global leadership roles, including startups through acquisition. He then trained in coaching and psychology, and has spent the past decade working with leaders and teams on how they think, decide, and operate under pressure.

Diagnostic work with senior leadership when capable direction is not producing expected outcomes. Begins with scoping, followed by a 4-6 week diagnostic phase, then an ongoing working relationship.

### When Change Isn't Landing
Working inside transformation programmes on the human side of adoption — supporting managers, surfacing resistance. Particularly relevant for AI adoption, tool rollouts, culture change, and post-acquisition integration.

### When Managers Are Caught in the Middle
Coaching and group work for mid-level leaders navigating top-down pressure and ground-level resistance. Typically 3-6 month engagements combining individual and group sessions.

### Nature Immersion for Leadership Teams
Designed offsites in the French Alps for senior teams who need a different quality of thinking environment. 1-3 day immersive experiences combining structured reflection, facilitated conversation, and mountain environments.
